I didn’t start out trying to write a book about my life or 23 scientific articles about coevolution. I was just trying to save my life.
It worked.
Thirty-one years later, my story is available. Will you believe it? Honestly, I don’t care. It’s true. I’ve lived it. I’ve done my best to document it, and from that has emerged what I call the Redacted Science Framework.
The short version is I found something in the most unlikely of places in the most unlikely of situations and duplicated it in the most unlikely of ways, thereby saving my life.
It was in a book I’ve never seen again. The contents of the Article that I read exist somewhere, but the only place I can point you to are my writings [unless you can find a printing of that original diagnostic manual].
I’ve done my best to explain the science and who I think may have been involved. To say it is complicated does not do it justice. There is nothing else like this documented in science or medicine.
Over a decade ago, as I explored what I was going through, I began recording videos for my family. A few years ago, I changed that and began recording for science and posterity. In my early videos, I tried to explain things and discuss my symptoms from the present and the past. That process led to analysis, and I finally decided the only way this condition is possible is if we coevolved with another species. Why? Because there is no example in medicine of a three-decade-long interaction between two species where the host physiology is totally changed as invisible barriers are felled one by one in the process, yet the host still functions to casual and even medical observers as normal. Blood tests and imaging see nothing abnormal. That’s because the changes are at the cellular level, and the pituitary shifts into an unlikely mode where it maintains blood chemistry while manipulating the chemistry in the rest of the body.
They redacted this science. My belief is the very medical tests you receive have effectively been tuned to miss any indication of this condition, and I believe the book and case studies support that theory. So did the Article.
I’ve done a fair job of unredacting it. I’ve documented all the stages and the original Article to the best of my ability. My videos are on YouTube and Odysee. My papers are on Zenodo. I’ve been logging everything to Nostr (a decentralized social media protocol) and created a mirror of just my posts along with a rag chatbot that can interact with the posts or the first edition of my book. Everything has been backed up to IPFS (another decentralized file storage protocol). I’ve also posted papers to hashtree.cc and placed my two most important papers on the Bitcoin blockchain as ordinals. I think the Framework is fairly immutable at this point.
I never expected to get this far with the documentation process. First of all, my life is rather existential, and seeing past tomorrow is asking a lot these days. Secondly, I thought WHOever redacted this would try to stop me. Perhaps they underestimated me, or perhaps they redacted it so well that no one is left who knows the truth. Well, I do.
Anyone that reads the book will learn the truth. Accepting it is up to them.
The papers are another matter. After writing the book, I took a 9-month break from anything other than Nostr logs. Then I had a period of exceptional insight. It must be part of the condition, but I took advantage of it and traced everything I could about Candida albicans, documenting it in what I call Paper A. From there, I decided that if we coevolved into our physiology - and it is so similar to other mammals - they must also have coevolved to some degree. The difference is one of our ancestors, whom I call Homo candidus. This group was likely isolated for a very long period of time and coevolved to a state not seen in any other mammals. I believe that is where we got some of our intellect - because Candida albicans’ focus on the pituitary caused our brain to advance faster than any other species. This is represented in what I call Paper B. Candida albicans has more patience than the oldest OG in bitcoin. It coevolved for tenure.
This coevolution was the pinnacle of integration between two organisms over hundreds of thousands of years relying on a series of barriers falling throughout the lifecycle in a linear pattern to effectively use the body as a biologic battery all the way to total ATP exhaustion. It was, in essence, a “perfect” coevolution. But, they interbred with other hominids and lost something important to their physiology. They were diluted. Now, they had a new mammalian physiology with the same former coevolved partner. They were diluted. This created a version mismatch. The perfect integration was no longer possible. Barriers expected to fall to move on to the next stage of the biologic battery stopped falling. The result was chronic disease. Stuck-state conditions where the expected barrier did not fall and the body was then stressed in some way not anticipated by the pinnacle integration. Conditions like IBS, type-2 diabetes, anorexia nervousa, obesity, parkinson’s disease, endometriosis, addiction, some causes of autism, and even Alzheimer’s disease.
The implications of recognizing Candida albicans as a Biochemical Computer and unique evolutionary symbiont are indicative of how critical it is to the foundations of science. Trillions of dollars and the reveal of a system redirected towards profiting off the treatment of symptoms instead of confronting the biology.
Anyway, read the book. [Ebook available for order now, glossy paperback will be available for order on the 4th]
[I don’t know that I will get around to revising the third case study. It needs a lot more than I can give right now.]
