I just started making ai art, and that led to a conversation I’ll share. Call me naive, but after using grok for a year, I didn’t see this coming.
Thinking burns a lot of calories. I think I got too ramped up. I could hardly sleep, even with Klonopin. I’ll use more tonight. But it had serious consequences with my symptoms, or maybe it’s just time for the final few bars of the crescendo. I don’t know.

I moved all my scheduled mails out two weeks from Monday. The YouTube videos are currently scheduled to start daily about that time. I’m due at the Cleveland Clinic in five weeks, but I’m … well, that feels optimistic.
No doctor has diagnosed anything. This condition isn’t in online despite being fully researched over a century ago. Imagine trying to diagnose something that science doesn’t admit exists. That’s the spot the doctors are in.
I’m checking in daily, but this is the hardest day in a long time. I’ve certainly had days this bad. Something that slowly changes your physiology over 30 years has some really unfun times.
