I’ve been documenting new symptoms here on #Nostr. I don’t want that in the book, it would make the continuity difficult and, honestly, my nights are rough and my days even harder.
I’m fairly sure I’ve reached the point at which the Article noted the subjects circadian rhythm flips. This is due to the pituitary running out of steam after decades in overdrive. It’s yet another compensatory mechanism in the Rube-Goldberg- like series of this iatrogenic condition.
So: GI: cramps from mid-morning to late evening plus the accessories I’ve had to start taking midday hot showers or baths (2 yesterday) similar to the photo in the book where the men wait outside the bathhouse during the day. The reason is, I’m freezing all day. Even in an 80°room with thermals and thick insulated sweats on. At night, I get hot, starting around 10:30 but my stomach uncramps. Still, sleep is hard. My mind tries to race.
